My work and continued learning is dedicated to gaining more knowledge and understanding around how we, as survivors, live with the distressing and dysfunctional impact of unresolved traumas from our childhoods. In my book 'Grace Saved A Wretch Like Me' I share my personal experiences of how I struggled & survived, both as a child and as an adult & how I went on to achieve what was once beyond my fortuity and freedom.
